BOOKINGS
  1. General bookings – 48 hrs notice required.
  2. Weddings – 6 weeks notice required.
  3. Funerals – 3 days notice required.
  4. Weekends away or interstate trips – min 2 months notice required.
A 50% deposit is required for all bookings in advanced. Balance payable prior to the event or on the day –  cash or credit card only.
DEPOSITS/CANCELLATIONS
  1. A deposit is confirmation of your booking.
  2. A  no-show at any confirmed pickup will automatically forfeit his/her deposit and no refunds will be issued.
  3. Change of mind cancellation will forfeit his/her deposit,  however – we “may” offer a 3 month policy where the booking can be postponed to another time, where a reasonable excuse is given.
  4. In case of a medical emergency, family crisis or bankruptcy – deposits will be refunded in full upon evidence provided
ALCOHOL, SMOKING, ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OR MISCONDUCT
Pristine Limousine Services is a smoke free vehicle and we do not tolerate any form of smoking or illegal substances. Anyone caught smoking or taking any illegal substances will forfeit their ride and be asked to leave the vehicle immediately.
Alcohol is permitted in moderation, but we do offer complimentary drinks to suit your occasion.
No alcohol will be served to minors or under 18’s under any circumstances.
Any misconduct within the vehicle will not be tolerated and your ride will be cancelled immediately without warning, and any monies paid – forfeited.
RATES & CHARGES
1. Our rates are fixed rate or price per hour.
2.Standby rates are generally charged when the vehicle is quite a distance from home base, and usually when asked to wait for the client. Weddings, funerals or formal occasions require a standby rate to be applied which is 50% of the normal hourly charge rate. There is an additional charge of $20 per hour after midnight on top of any standby rate, applicable any day.
3. Prices can be subject to change without notice.
4. Our prices are very competitive and we include extras at no cost.
5. We do not charge a surcharge for credit card bookings or for Diners or Amex.
COMPLIMENTARY REFRESHMENTS/HAMPERS
We offer complimentary refreshments to suit your occasion. Please state your dietary requirements upon booking so we can cater for your needs.
We only serve appetizers which are small snacks complimentary with your ride with us.
We also may offer a small variety of different drinks to suit your occasion, but only as a refreshment.
Picnic hampers are an added extra if you require one with your booking, generally around $40 extra will be charged for any picnic hamper.
